Applicants to the FUNDS program must comply with the Environmental Support Center's eligibility guidelines. In addition, at this time we are only considering new applications from:

• Groups engaging in freshwater work east of the Mississippi, or watershed groups working to improve the Mississippi River, and
• Environmental justice organizing in California and the greater Houston area.

Due to overwhelming interest in this small, intensive program, groups must first contact the FUNDS Manager to determine whether they are eligible to apply for the FUNDS program. We regret that we aren't able to support all the request that we receive.

Organizations interested in improving their fundraising capacity may  also consider applying through our general capacity building support program.
