Due to funding restrictions, from time to time the Environmental Support Center can only fund TOA request from organizations that fit very limited criteria.

For the next few deadlines, besides meeting our general eligibility requirements, the TOA program can consider organizations that fit at least one of the following restrictions:

• Environmental justice organizations in the state of Washington, or
  
• Environmental activist or environmental justice organizations based in one of the following geographic areas:

1. the greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area,
2. the state of Alabama, or
3. the state of California
   

This list will grow over the coming months, as we work to raise more general operating and restricted funds.

We will announce changes near the end of 2008. 

To save time, organizations that fit our general eligibility guidelines are urged to speak with our staff before submitting an application.
